Cliff holds a Master's of Business Administration degree and has 11 years of IT Recruitment and 7 years of hands on IT infrastructure consulting and project management experience with firms including: IBM and Compaq Canada. As a project management instructor he teaches part time in the Computer Systems Technology department at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He is a designated Microsoft Certified Professional and technical trainer (Windows). He has served on the Canadian Information Processing Society Board for 4 years and he is an active Human Resources Management Professional. In addition, he holds the professional designation of Canadian Human Resources Professional. Ron Wood, Senior Consultant
Ron holds a Business Administration degree and has been involved in executive search since 1982, and was the original founder of Wood West & Partners Inc. In his public service career, Mr. Wood has been President of both the BC Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Vancouver. From 1999 - 2005, he held the position of Mayor of West Vancouver following nine years as a Council member. Mr. Wood specializes in the identification of key specialists in: general management, sales management, and technology experts in a wide breadth of industries.

Olga Cher, Recruitment Consultant
Olga holds a Bachelor Degree in Education and has 9 years of recruiting experience in the Information Technology (IT), Finance/Banking, Insurance and Event Management business verticals. She is an active Human Resources Management Professional and is actively working towards her Canadian Human Resources (CHRP) Designation. She is active in the business community by giving back to society as she mentors new immigrant professionals through the Vancouver Workplace Connections Mentoring Program (MOSAIC).

In her spare time, she is an active volunteer to many non-profit organizations including: The Canadian Cancer Society, 'The Make a Wish Party for Kids' organized by Electronic Arts Company, the Pacific Cinematheque, and The Jericho Arts Centre. Cindy Hogan, Recruitment Consultant
Cindy obtained her CGA designation during her 10 year tenure at the BC Systems Corporation. She has 15 years of IT Recruitment and Account Management experience in both the Vancouver and Victoria business arenas.

In the past, she has served on the Boards of the Canadian Information Processing Society, and The Vancouver CGA Chapter. For the last 8 years she has been a volunteer offering her time and service to the Yaletown House, a non profit care facility for seniors with complex care issues.

Nancy Uptigrove, Recruitment Consultant
Nancy has 15+ years experience in Management, Administration, Accounting, Payroll & Benefits, Property Management, and Business Ownership.

As a seasoned executive, she has been involved in fund raising for a number of worthwhile community improvement projects; and in her spare time she enjoys teaching both computer and English courses to new Canadians. In addition, she has completed a number of computer and business certificates from Thompson Rivers University and Okanagan College.
